

Overview:
A large life insurance provider had used a legacy system for several years to report and analyze agent sales & marketing information. Poor performance and inaccurate data forced the company to consider new technology and the use of advanced business intelligence tools. After selecting a vendor BI product, the client asked Celeritas to assist with creating a new data warehouse to store data from their AS400 environment andthen develop reports with the new BI tool.
Celeritas consultants assessed the sales & marketing department's business needs along with the IT staffs' technical challenges and built a project plan to support the client’s aggressive schedule to deploy the new data mart and develop the business intelligence reports.
Celeritas successfully developed a SQL Server DWH and developed and mentored the client's staff in report development using IBI's WebFocus tool within the desired timeframe.
