

A large reinsurance company was undergoing a long-term project to review and improve all core company processes and implement new technology to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
As part of the project, the client asked Celeritas to develop a company-wide unified data model that would ensure single entry of data, so that business users had access to quality information that was stored across various departments in the organization.
The key processes affected included: Client TAI file administration, Proposals, Sales Quotation, Treaty Management and Claims.
Technical objectives included Business Process Analysis and Requirements documentation for each business unit, as well as, Data Modeling, System Design and System Development .
