

A large reinsurance company was undergoing a long-term project to review and improve all core company processes and ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
As part of the project, the client asked Celeritas to perform a systems and business process review and develop a company-wide unified data model that would ensure business users had access to information that was stored across various departments in the organization.
Fifteen business categories were identified, including underwriting, administration, claims, accounting, treaty management and proposals.
Objectives included Business Process Analysis, Requirements documentation, Data Modeling, Application Architecture and High Level Application Design and System Development for each business unit.
